Required Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of HR domain with 6+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Job Boards, Employee Engagement Activities and HR Management Systems would be a plus.

Required Skills: Able to handle key HR functions like Recruitment, On-Boarding, Orientations, Employee Insurance, Appraisals and Performance Management, Off-Boarding. Strong People Handling and Conflict Management Skills. Well-Versed with Local Labor Laws and Compliance.
