Job Summary
We seek a Director Sales, a senior sales veteran with 20+ years in IT sales specializing in Enterprise Solutions, Software, and Hardware. Reporting to senior leadership, you will spearhead sales strategies, lead high-performing teams, and drive revenue growth for Fortune-level clients in Pakistan and beyond. This on-site role in Karachi demands a highly competent, sales-savvy leader with a proven record of consistently overachieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
– Design and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue objectives and expand market share.
– Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales professionals to surpass quotas year-over-year.
– Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives in key sectors like banking, telecom, and government.
– Oversee the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pipeline management, negotiations, and deal closures.
– Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate forecasting, analytics, and performance optimization.
– Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align on go-to-market plans.
– Monitor IT market trends (cloud, cybersecurity, AI) to position solutions competitively.
– Deliver executive-level reports on KPIs, win rates, and growth opportunities.
– Travel domestically (up to 30%) for client engagements and industry events.
Required Qualifications
– 20+ years in IT sales, with primary focus on enterprise solutions, software, and hardware.
– 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles, demonstrating consistent overachievement of targets.
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
– Expert in consultative selling, complex deal negotiations, and enterprise account management.
– Proficiency in sales tech stack: CRM, sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms.
– Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
– Karachi-based or willing to relocate; available for on-site work.
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with PSX-listed or large-scale enterprises in Pakistan is a plus.
– Network in the local IT ecosystem (e.g., PSEB members, enterprise clients).
– Familiarity with regional regulations and enterprise procurement processes.
